Yes the 1936 10¢ was the Belzberg piece. Here are Sandy Campbell's comments from the CCRS:

This is the Belzberg coin "uncovered".The ugly toning was removed by me personally and out popped the real coin.This is a mate to the other SP68...the SP66 will be removed from the pop report shortly.
