Are Free Grades For Collector Club Members Only?

I have a set that is now 90% complete. PCGS sent me a special submission form to receive my four
free grades. I noticed the Collectors Club No. was highlighted at the top of the form. My membership
expired yesterday. Can I still submit my coins for the free grades or must I renew my membership
first? I don't want to ship coins to PCGS and have them returned to me because I'm not a member at
this time. I'm asking on the forum because I'd like to know before PCGS opens again on Tuesday. I'd
appreciate any response from someone who knows.
