Need help with merging pictures

Apologies in advance for the off topic topic.
Anybody here have any experience with taking two or more .jpg images and merging them into one? I use lots of pix in my online wantlist, and the ability to merge .jpgs would be very helpful. If so, please either reply here, or PM. Thanks a bunch!
