What do I do when I have more submissions than space on the form

I want to send some cards in Tuesday. I have about 35 I want to send it on the set registry special. There are only 20 lines on the form. How do you continue it? Do I print off another form and cross out the submission number? Do I just continue on lined paper? Do I print out another form and use the submission number on the top? IF I did that would I ahve to pay two separate shipping charges coming back? Thanks

i've made a custom excel spreadsheet and i paste the top submission form from PSA as a graphic into the top header for larger submissions. for 35 cards i would use a 2nd sheet.

Edit to say-- sorry, that came off sounding a lot less funny and a lot more rude then I'd planned.

I do what the other guys here say when I've run into this problem.

Use the extra submission forms that Matt supplied a link to. I use them on every submission over 25 cards.
