This is a tough card in PSA Mint 9 do you think it is up to PSA standards? 48 Black GAI 9

Hard to tell from just a scan, but by virtue of it being in a GAI holder, I'll say no. I don't necessarily intend that as a knock on GAI, but as a comment on the seductive power of the PSA Set Registry.
