Looks like it's been in a fire or something, but I don't think it's counterfeit.

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." -Luke 11:9
"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might." -Deut. 6:4-5
"For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; He will save us." -Isaiah 33:22
I would need to see it in person to offer a conclusive thought from my perspective on originality, but from the picture, I am not encouraged. The grade is in the high end VF or perhaps low end EF RANGE.

Some of the old "Everett Hoard" pieces I bought locally, which had been stored in an attic here for fifty-odd hot summers, some in old envelopes, sort of had that look, and I had little doubt of their originality.
I don't believe that I've ever seen that deep of brown toning on a silver coin before. Curious as to the type of holder it was stored in. I think it might get an EF grade from the TPGs (because the fields look mark free) but wouldn't be surpised with VF30.

Yea, verily. It has a funky look to it. It looks like it's EF.

Nice shot of an angry coach attempting to make his point... based upon his expression, his point doesn't seem to be getting across.

I would give it VF35. It's just a hair shy of EF IMO. Positive points for the toning though. I wouldn't feel bad for spending EF money on it...
