As long as there are no hidden creases or back damage, I agree that it looks everything like a 4.
With a hidden crease and/or back damage, it would get anything below a 4.

If it is a 2, then it either has a crease OR the crease it did have was flattened out. PSA will grade a card a 2 if that has happened.

I did a cert nr lookup on it, and PSA does indeed list it as a 2.
It either has creases or back damage.
