I need help with a coin I have.

I have this coin, and all I know about it is that it is from 1784. The coin is too tarnished to tell what metal it is made from, but a small area where the coin's origanal luster shows through, and it looks to be copper from the color of the luster. I could be wrong though. I scanned these two images, and was wondering if any one could tell me something about this coin.

It is a copper duit of the Dutch East India Company. The "VOC" monogram is their trademark. It was minted for use in the Dutch East Indies (today's Indonesia). The Dutch kindom that minted it can be ID'ed by the coat of arms. (Hang on- I gotta peek at the book.)

As I thought, it was struck by Utrecht, in the Netherlands. I just had to check to be sure I remembered the coat of arms.

The coin bears both the monogram of the VOC ("Verenigde Oostindische Compagnie", or Dutch East India Company) and the kingdom of Utrecht, but the coin would have been intended for use in the East Indies.

Its catalog number is KM111.1. The 1784 duit is a common date and catalogs for $2.00 in VG in the 2nd Edtition Krause, $3.50 in Fine. Yours looks Fine but has some porosity issues. It's a two- or three-dollar coin by the catalog. Sold online, it might fetch $5-10.

    Oh, by the way:
