I just bought some gold (including a sweet Byzantine coin)! Too bad I'll never see it!

I just bought these two tonight (thanks, Carl!)
...and then sold them to my uncle, to whom they will be shipped directly. They're mine for the moment, but they'll never be in my physical possession. This has been happening a lot, lately.
I look forward to seeing them the next time I get up to visit him. He lives in Aethelred and Danglen's neck of the woods. (My old Carolina stompin' grounds). I particularly want to see the Byzantine piece. Maybe at the next family reunion I'll be reunited with it.
Byzantine Empire, gold solidus, circa 610-641 AD, ICG AU58.

United States, 1909-D (Denver Mint) Indian Head half-eagle ($5.00 gold), PCGS AU50.

These ain't mine yet (they belong to another forum member), but I've made him an offer. Chances are, if they become mine, they'll also end up going to North Carolina before I even see them.
Seven pretty goldies, all in a row. Mmm. What a sight. Too bad I can't fondle them.
Australia, 1911-S (Sydney Mint) half-sovereign, NGC AU58.

Colombia, 1924-B (Bogota Mint) 5 pesos, NGC AU53.

Great Britain, 1877 half-sovereign, NGC XF45.

Great Britain, 1871 sovereign, NGC VF35.

Netherlands, 1876 10 gulden, NGC MS63.
