If I was hunting with anyone here on this message board...... and i shot you. but you were in the line of shooting would i be in jail??

no you would not but I would imagine that our local prosecutor or our chief would require such a report to be forwarded over to our county prosecutor's office for them to review...............and I would assume ultimately deny charges.

No of course you wouldn't be in jail. It was an accident but it was also carelessness. I have gone hunting hundreds of times with buddies and there has never been anything even remotely close to any accident. I was well trained as a child in gun safety and I only hunt with others who are also well trained. Also, Cheney said he had a beer before going hunting here - if you're gonna have an alcoholic drink before hunting, you won't go hunting with me. Beers are for after the hunting is over, never before or during.

You wouldn't be in jail but you sure as hell would bet that the accident would be in the paper the next day, but Cheney's little accident wasn't news until the following day...wierd?

Now the so-called 'liberal' media is making a big deal out of this, effectively burying the CIA leak scandal (which is a much, much bigger problem for the regime in the white house).
