80/81 hockey question

I have a few nice nice ones and all have the the puck unscratched. However the black over the puck is NEVER complete, there are always dots, streaks etc. How does psa handle this? If it is a flaw, then there can't ever be a 10 can there?

I think PSA is quite tolerant on them. As long as what Topps put on has stayed on, there shouldn't be an issue.

I think you have a bigger concern with centering.
