I bought a retail pack at walmart the other day last pack in the box and i got a charles white auto. I watch football more then anyone i know. and i never heard of this guy? back of card says he won the heisman. im guessing he was a bust in the nfl? image

    Yup, he won the heisman while playing for USC (76-79). Pretty much a bust in the NFL. Had a good year in 87 for the Rams - over 1300 yards rushing.

    so he did play like 8 years then for the rams?

    4 years with Cleveland, then 4 years with the Rams.

    The SP auto prices from that set have gotten out of this world.
    Collector of 1976 Topps baseball for some stupid reason.

    That's a nice pull, better than the Brad Muster I got.

    Charles White was an awesome player at SC, but he didn't pan out in the NFL. He made one Pro Bowl though.
    Running an Ebay store sure takes a lot more time than a person would think!
