Hi David
I have a 1897 MS 65 DMPL $ that has acquired a haze on the fields to the degree I do not believe it would even get a PL if it was to be regraded.
Should I send in for regrade or designation review? The PR is not qualified as I did not get the coin graded myself. Your advice would be appreciated.Thank you in advance
