February Special question

Noticed I could send in cards for the set registry at $5.00 per, minimum 25 cards, no guaranteed turnaround time, cards under $100, after 1972, etc.

Just wanted to know the restrictions on this, if any.

Do I need to send in 25 of the same year/set/etc. or can I really just send in any 25 cards that meet the above requirements? Just saying my submission would go from 80's semistars to 2000 sp authentic autos. Does it matter?

Doesnt matter as long as they are within the required years and per card estimated value.
