Grading special

I was wondering how the $5 grading special works. Do all 25 min. cards have to be from the same set. Or can the be broken down into lots of 5 or so cards from diffrent sets.

I called PSA and asked similar questions. The special has nothing to do with the Set Registry, it is just the name that they use. Also, you do not need to put your newly graded cards in the registry.

Another interesting tidbit about this special that I learned by calling is that the 25 card minimum is per submission. If you send in a group of regular cards and a group of tallboys, these are considered separate submissions, and you must meet the 25 card minimum for each.
