a little silver, a wheat and some clad

Found these 2 silver earrings ( i believe it's a CZ stone in each.). A decorative ring that fits over a watch. A couple of chest or toy handcuff keys (these are the 2nd and 3rd I've founs at this site). A 1946 D wheatie and $2.13 in clad.
Spent about 4.5 hours hunting. Pretty good day. I was very surprised to find both earrings. They were found in separate holes, just a couple of inches apart. Were not very deep, probably only 1/2 inch.
They have a mark of CW in them. How do I find out what that means.
Thanks for looking.

That is unusual, finding both earrings close together like that!

    They're pretty, too!

  • Thanks LM. They are very pretty (better than the picture presents). My wife actually said she would wear them if I got them the wire 'hangers'. Gotta hit a jeweler to see if they can do this. Would be kind of neat to have my wife wear something I found. My daughter is wearing a sterling silver 'JESUS' ring that I found and that's kind of neat to see also.

Shoot, those little wire hooks oughtta be pretty easy to find.

I gave away one jewelry find, once, to my kid sister. (Who's now grown up and married). It was a gold ring I found on the beach, with three emeralds and two small diamonds. Very pretty.

I dunno what the "CW" would be on those earrings, unless it's a brand name or trademark of some sort?
