I have A set with very strong 69+++.PR 69 DC
Would it be worth the errort to have these regraded.and try for a 70
If you hit it could be worth the effort. What are the pops for 1886 thru 2001?

As a matter of policy, PCGS will not give the PR70 grade on either regrade submissions or crossover submissions. They'd have to be cracked out and submitted raw.
Edit: Now that I think about it, that policy may have changed for regrades since they are cracking them out for grading.
