Sovereign reverse mark

I received this Sovereign with a mark under George V's chin in front of his throat.

Has anyone seen this before ?

Coins year is 1911 - no MM.

Apologies header should be obverse mark however the reverse is a very flat strike.

Notice the lack of 'muscle' in the chest of the knight and a flat reign on the horses neck.

Any thoughts ?

Its a jewellers copy, a type of forgery/fake made by jewellers for use in mounts etc, the mark on the obv is the jewellers hallmark or sometimes they just put something like K22 to indicate gold content.
