Stain qualifier on 1959 Hank Aaron...

I've got a 1959 Topps Hank Aaron #380 with a faint , partial stamp (red ink), on the back of the card. The cards probably a EX to EX-MT (conservatively) but it has minor centering issues also. Sending it in with NQ's might knock it down VG to EX, question is will the stain just kill it from there? And is it worth it to even submit at that point?

I saw a PSA1 sell on ebay the other day for something like 15.00 plus postage.

Red ink will give it the MK qualifier. The ST qualifier is for wax/gum stains I believe.
