You'll all be jealous when someday that pack doubles in value and is worth $3.00.
I'm very confused about why someone would send that in but hey to each his own.

Pointless.....unless you had a complete run of Topps wrappers from 1951 to present. That would be pretty cool.
Just wondering though....could you get a grade lower than a 9 on something like that???
Always looking for 1996 Select Certified Football.

GAI will put just about anything in those plastic holders, and assign a grade to it.

Now we're assigning idiot status to GAI for accepting the money of the fool who wanted this slabbed. Jeesh.

Ron not for nothing but can you please point out the post that claimed GAI was idiotic for slabbing this pack?
Thanks
Steve
Good for you.

It's for collectors of pack runs. I've seen 1990-91 Fleer basketball packs and 1989 Fleer baseball cellos (withOUT a star on the top) graded among others. Collectors, as we all know too well, like consistency in their collections.

What does GAI charge to slab a modern pack like that ??

I agree.
Threads like this one merely detract from all the good reasons to assign idiot status to GAI ...
