At least you are consistent.
60 Cards arrived on February 4th and still no received date as of tonight!! Last order went from Dec 5th through Feb 6th. See if you can beat this by a couple of days--PSA!!

if you're so unhappy with the service why do you keep on submitting? SGC, GAI and Beckett could grade the cards too?
or are you stuck with psa cuz they are for your collection and it is registry related?

just to play devils advocate, it seems most people don't have any issues when submitting, maybe your not packaging, labeling or doing something right that psa is looking for?
i know the squeaky wheel gets the greasin, but sometimes its easier to buy a new wheel and ignore the busted one

It is annoying when some guys cards pop in 2 days, and his don't for 2 months.
But they are obviously who he wants to use and that is why he keeps submitting. I have no problem with people venting and if you don't like these types of b1tching threads, don't read them.

Actually i posted that sentiment in my last submission be'aching, quoting myself---"who did i piss off at PSA?!! Maybe it was that letter to Joe Orlando who has yet to respond to my Customer Service letter i sent him via e-mail. Still waiting for a reply Joe. Which will come first? My grades? Or a reply from Joe? More than likely i will be pounding sand waiting for Joe, so i will go with the grades. Maybe i should have marked my 4SC or DSL

Also, the few times I've emailed Joe he's responded within minutes, even at the end of the day.And returned calls within a few hours. While I have had some issues with them in the past, in the last few months things seem to have greatly improved.

with all due respect I WILL READ and REPLY to whatever thread I wish. Where in my post do you see me ridiculing or acting like an a$$ (like you just did to me) If you bothered to read my post and digested what i said properly, I asked him a question. I asked him if it was for his collection and thus he had no other alternative.
Maybe you should take your own advice and not reply to posts that you too do not like or for that matter understand.

Carew, you have the right to "vent your @-s-s off! ...if you want to complain about the bad service u are getting from PSA, in my opinion this is a good forum to "vent".
It seems your post has brought out, both the "yings and the yangs"!
I think I'm a yang, but I'm just not sure what the difference between a ying and a yang is?
Edit: What is it? yang = light and ying = dark (...like luv and marriage; ...u can't have one without the other?)

Now I would also like to add that I have emailed Joe on at least 8 occasions and each time he has replied to me within 24 hrs. In most cases the same day. I have never submitted a card beyond the freebies so it is not cuz I am some bigtime submitter. maybe my emails to him were in a polite manner and possibly he does not reply to those that are not. I suggest that anyone that emails him and then vents weeks later that they are still awaiting a reply to re email him as the original may have possibly got lost in the shuffle.
I assume that the original email was polite and professional. Unlike the title of this thread.

I didn't one part which i will address, which is yes, i use PSA exclusively for grading and for my sets. But the issue has and always will be "customer service". PSA has done nothing IMO for 4 years in regards to this subject alone. I can't count how many threads have been done on this subject. Hence my ignored e-mail from Joe i sent last month.

Seems that typically odd-ball submissions just plain take longer.
Submissions of 1960's, 1970's or 1980's Topps cards all from the same year come back quickly.
Just guessing here that someone with carew in their posting name might be submitting miscellaneous non-mainstream Rod Carew cards.

Thank you. I always enjoy the activity here and find myself wanting to say more but I know it always breaks bad, so I've been trying to leave it alone.
I will say I dont understand the complaints posted here. I never want to see an unhappy collector and I just cant understand why every day there is a new thread, or 3 from someone who is unhappy with the service. Why dont these complaints ever get addressed?

i'll second what Steve said, i've never had a problem getting a response from Joe Orlando, or even customer service..
I sent in a 9 card submission with the 6 card voucher.. They were delivered on Monday morning and I got the following e-mail just yesterday Thursday..
Please be advised that you sent 3 additional cards on the same invoice as your Collectors Club voucher. We can seperate the 3 cards to be processed @ the 15 business day turnaround time, and the other will be processed in 7 days. Or we can keep the order together and all 9 cards will be returned together.
Please reply to this email with authorization as to how to further process this order.
I replied...
"As long as six of the nine cards are still free with use of the voucher please keep the order together. Please feel free to phone me
if need be.."
*shrug* at least my cards aren't sitting on this so called problem order shelf...
