Psa customer service A+

It seems like we always here about psa customer service problems but I have something different to talk about. I sent a card in to them that was already slabbed by psa. I won it on ebay so that obviuosly makes me not the original owner. It had what I thought was an internal holder issue so they attempted to fix the problem and not charge me a re-holder fee. I thought that was really cool. It turned out that the card had a surface issue that I originally thought was a holder issue. The card was a psa 10 Michael Clayton Topps Chrome card. I paid $5.99 for it.

Matt from psa called me today and said the card cannot be re-slabbed a psa 10 because of the surface blemish. He then said that he would send me four grading vouchers to make up for the problem. Again I thought that was really cool because the card was only $5.99 and four vouchers is more then enough.

I then asked him to check what was up with my sub that was received on 1-10-06 because I still have not received my grades. He said that he would take care of it and speed up the process. Again, that was cool.
I just wanted to share this because I thought I needed to.
