Price seems high and the questions from potential buyers seem fake to me. They sound like info-mercials in my opinion!?

All new stuff. questions are suspect. High reserve. When i had my store I got many packs with stars and rookies on top. Sold them to the kids for a lil more then retail. not my thing.

Except for the Gretzky RC packs, Ripken RC packs, and the '85 football cellos the whole collection kind of peters out. Afterall, how many '89 Fleer cellos with Randy Johnson does someone REALLY need? (Personally, I need a grand total of NONE.)

Definitely overpriced mid 80's junk, for the most part. And, currently the auction is at almost $3500, with his reserve not met. Seems as suspect to me as the Q&A lovefest that is posted there...

I would have to agree. That's a heck of a lot of money for a bunch of over produced junk. If you have to blow $4K on '80's cards just do it style and buy a couple '84D wax cases.

I suspect that most of the stars came out of the boxes hes selling and he just bundled boxes together. There will not be anything in those wax boxes.

i love how the 'next bid meets reserve' - it seems like all this guy did was start the thing off at $.99 and have all his friends bid it right up to his reserve so if some fool actually bids on it they will meet the reserve and think they "beat out" 26 other people....def looks like a scam

Ridiculous price. I just bought 280 packs from 1981-2000 for $100 + $20 S/H. Granted they weren't cello/racks with stars showing but the cards I got after opening them were just as good as the ones he has listed. The packs I bought were all originally $3-$10 packs as well.

Im not a collector of cards.I just droped in .But I do agree with the above.

less than two hours and the high bid hasn't budged. still under the reserve.

nice stuff, but seems too niche for me. I guess everyone collects what they want though. I bet you could buy all the stuff, except for the Gretzky packs for much less than 1k.
