With the new February grading special I want to submit some cards just for fun and maybe a little profit.
Any ideas what might be a fun and affordable rip that would also have interest to others if I nailed some 9's and 10's??
It could be '89 Pro Set football or '81 Donruss baseball.
What do you guys think??

The shop I work at had a couple dusty boxes of the '89 Pro Set so I set them on the side until I decide what to do.

Poor photos and second-rate production, but I love the design. I wish Donruss did a Heritage-style set with this design. Maybe if they hadn't lost their license they might have for he 25th anniversary.

Those are tough ones with the black borders!
Yes they are, but 9's and 10's will make it worth your while.
Break rack instead of wax. You'll get better results.
I'm working on those Brewers graded team sets so I thought I would try to pull some cards to get graded.
I will post anything decent I pull.
It'd be nice to put together a new hand collated set. My set was put together by a 13 year old kid (me) back in 1989, and sat in a house absorbing all of my mom's cigeratte smoke for 12 years before I liberated them after college.
