Kelloggs printing flaw question?

Hi-
I'm looking for some insight on the printing of kelloggs cards.. I have a bunch of '71 kelloggs football cards that have nice corners, edges, and no cracks. However, when I look at them it looks like they have different scratch like marks on them. Some of the marks go across, others up and down, and others swirl on the fronts.. Some of the cards were pulled directly from packs so I'm wondering if this was some sort of printing flaw in the process back in '71.. Anyone else have kelloggs cards like this and how did they grade out..?? I did pop open a psa 8 that had some marks on it... Any insight would be appreciated!
