    I learned my lesson also. Label clearly the service you are seeking and do not combine services in one package! They must have one part time person that works on the non compliance mailings!!
    My focus, 1970 Topps Baseball Raw and Graded, pre 1989 PSA Hockey and 1933 INDIAN GUM ! Yikes!!

    how much friggin mail do they receive on a daily basis anywho?

    I've often wondered that myself. How much mail IS received daily at PSA. They didn't include the mounds of submission boxes in the promotional web-site video.

    Perhaps we collectors could get a little peek into the PSA fortress! I've only been there once. Pretty cool place. I do feel pretty secure and confident when my cards do arrive . . . knock on wood!
