Mislabeled PSA Cards

So I just sent in my 6 freebies from my Collector's Club submission. I had checked today, and the grades are in!

Unfortunately, PSA mislabeled one of the cards as a 1991 Stadium Club Brett Favre #94, when in reality it is a 1991 Stadium Club Super Bowl XXVI Brett Favre #94.

What is the best way to handle this? Should I contact Customer Service while they still have the card (no ship date has been posted), to see if they will pull the shipment and correct the order while it is still in their possession?

I don't think I should have to pay for a reholder and to ship it back, when the mistake was made on their end.

Has anyone had any experience with this type of problem before? What is the best way to handle this?

Thank you for your replies!

I would call in the morning and see if they can fix the problem before they ship the order. They wont charge you for a re-holder if you do have to send it back. As far as the return shipping, I am sure they will take care of that as well. They took care of me on a card I bought on ebay. It had a internal holder issue and they re-holdered it for free. I thought that was really cool since I was not the original owner. Be sure to call when they open in the morning and maybe the situation of return shipping can be avoided.
