Pres. Review

lavalava Posts: 3,286 ✭✭✭
Not sure if my former question is still in the in box, but I'm wondering what happens to a coin submitted for Presidential Review. Does it get looked at by the graders in its slab, or does it get cracked out. If the graders feel the coin is worthy of a new grade, what happens from there? I suspect if the coin upgrades any submitter, myself included, would pay the fee as if it were a new submission.

Thanks for your time.
I brake for ear bars.

Presidential Review is for coins that you have had graded within the last 30 days. Fee is $20. I look at the coin and show it to graders. it does not get cracked out. If it goes up, it goes up. if it stays the same i send you a short note about the reasons why.

    Thanks,

    David
