..but I just saw another snip on the news about Katrina victims, here in GA losing their FEMA hotel money.
Evidently these people are getting their hotel rooms still paid for and those who filed for an extension will still get it.
With that said, work here in GA is actually pretty decent. Meaning if you want to work you will. Should be no reason people are still receiving
money from the gov't for a place to stay.
Anyway it got me thinking about cardshops that may have been hit in LA.
Has anyone seen any stories pertaining to any sportscards stores? Whether they lost inventory or were able to get their cards out before it hit.
Just made me curious.

Now I don't know the complete story, but something doesn't sound right
FEMA in conjunction with SBA will loan victums money ( very low interest loans) to rebuild their lives. After hunrricane Hugo ruined the Virgin islands in 1989, many folks took advantage of this but more then a few decided not to make payments on their loans..........Six years later Hurricane Marylyn devestated the Virgin islands once again..................Many of the same folks thought they would get some more free money............FEMA/SBA gave them NOTHING and deservidly so.............
