1980 Topps Baseball Centering

Just how is top/bottom centering determined on these? With that banner that flares past the name line on the top, it is hard for me to guage. Any help? Thanks.

    I gauge centering by using the side borders and the bottom border...those 3 must be equal. I don't consider the top of the card, since there is no defined line to measure.

    If those 3 borders are the same, there's a darned good chance you have perfect 50/50 all around.
