2005 TOPPS Update card ques.?

As a PSA Registry team set builder, I have been working on the 2005 Topps Update Highlights. I believe these are the new 'traded' cards by Topps. Is this true? Also, I have received two different versions of the Texas Rangers 's First Year card of John Mayberry; the first numbered UH314 and the second numbered ' 8of10 '. Is the second some kind of insert card and would you think it appropriate to include in the registry team set? Your thoughts and comments team set builders will be appreciated...

    Tony,

    The 8 of 10 card could be the special draft pick cards that are inserted in Factory sets. Topps has been inserting these special 10 card sets since 2003 (I believe). In my opinion, they do NOT belong in Team Registry sets. I think they should be considered insert cards and not regular issue.
