1959 Topps men, I need your help.................

Can someone explain to me the error cards in the 300 series - Nichols #362, Hannebrink #322, etc.? Thanks in advance.

    On the back of card there is "Optioned to" line on them or not on them depending on the variation.

    There are five of these cards.......Lumenti #316, Hanebrink #322, Giallombardo #321, Nichols #362 and Loes#336. The rarer versions do NOT have the "optioned to" ( or in the case of Loes "traded to") words.

    I would not really call them "error" card. The additional information was added on in later printings.

    The ratio is about 15-20 to one.
