DDO obverse 1900 Nederlanden 1 cent

Looking through some older foriegn coins (which I know nothing about) and found a 1 cent 1900 Nederlanden with a very strong doubled die obverse. Anyone know if this is common or rare?

I haven't heard of a DDO, but I have seen a 1900/00 large over small date. Not listed in Krause, but the last one I saw ebay'd for $17 in XF.
