There used to be a sportscard shop In Fort Smith AR and the owner could be frequently found in the various volume retail stores, with his dial calipers, checking each pack in many boxes of cards for variation. It made us ALL SICK!!
We knew the chances of buying a unsearched pack in his store would be impossible.
Needless to say, he is no longer in business.
