Submission Problem . . .

On my last submission (Modern Bulk), I incorrectly tallied the total number of cards. Listed 156, when, in fact, there were 180 total. Ooooops. I called customer service and was told to e-mail with authorization to bill additional cards I forgot to list.

Question: Has anyone else screwed up a submission? How long did it take to be entered into the grading process?

Input would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Rick

i did double whammy. i sent in submission 1/3/06 w/o label on front of package or anything telling psa what was in box. that added 3 weeks onto my submission to start off. i also included an extra copy of the final page of the submission!!!

i got the e-mail at home from psa but callled them at work and asked them to e-mail reconfirmation of my errors in submission and my acknowledging the problems.

i got my grades pretty fast though, all things considered.

I have done this a few times. Once they got the authoriaztion I didn't notice any further delay. Actually one time, the grades popped the next day.

I forgot to write the "modern Special" on the outside of the box this time I wonder if this would hold up my submission ? i did write it on the submission papers though, and my sub has already been entered as received, So i guess it has been opened already.

  • Having to wait in line at the Post Office for registered mail is a pain, but it's a necessary evil. As for submission errors, I don't submit that often, so no problems yet.
Running an Ebay store sure takes a lot more time than a person would think!
