Any programs to enhance e bay auctions ?

Was wondering if anyone knew of any programs out there that would enhance your e bay auctions, more eye appeal then just a regular ole listing .

I use spoonfeeder basic version it's easy to use and in expensive. You can buy the dowloadable net version on eBay for $9.95 it has all kinds of templates. It also sets up the whole auction for you prior to uploading to eBay . Shipping charges and options, galleries etc.... Their upgrades are free once you DL their software the update about 2X a year.
