This bad boy is up on the Bay and is already at $96.00. I really need this one and know it's a tough card but I never thought it would go this high!
Any guess on what it closes at??

I actually listed the card with a $100 BIN a few weeks back. I was practically giving it away. It got NO bids! I had 11 people "watching" it and no one hit it. I was shocked! I figured it would end in an hour and it actually went bidless. Curious, what did you think it would sell for? There has only been one '77 Yount under $100 that I've ever seen. I've seen them on eBay go over the $300 mark. Perhaps this is as high as it goes. I angered one bidder who offered $150 to end it early and I said "no, thank you" as it already had bids. He emailed me back and said "don't expect any bids from me". Oh well. Jerk.
I hope you win it. I have a few really tough Brewers up this week. The George Scott may be tougher than the Yount. Did you see that one? Check it out!

You know, the Brewers and Bucks from the 70's and early 80's are really awesome team sets! You must be putting together a heck of a run! I loved Sidney Moncrief and Marques Johnson and the Brewers clubs of the late 70's--early 80's. Cool stuff. You should post some pics of your collection(s).

I am bidding on the Scott and the Don Money as I need those as well. Pictures are a possibility in the near future. I'm working on the Brewers from 1977-82 and the Bucks from 1969-81 and it has been a lot of fun. I grew up watching those teams so why not collect them.
I'm not doing the police sets at this time.

This happens all the time. 11 watchers is a lot of attention. I start these things off a $.99 for that reason. People take comfort seeing bids and knowing they are bidding on a card tha other people want. I don't know what it is, but it happens. It could bite you though if there really isn't much interest. But a 77 PSA 9 Yount will surely attract bidders. You never know, 2 guys could set their bids real high thinking noone else will pay that much and you could get them to raise it through the roof. Just make sure the winner pays
