1889 NGC PF64BN Cent--SOLD
A coin with strong proof mirrors and color. While quite dark straight on, the coin displays mostly a golden/green color with some small spots of blue. The reverse also features a pink/red patch. The surfaces also display some attractive orange peel. From a mintage of just 3,336. The colors are stronger than shown in the images.

1901 Cent AU Details--$6
A mostly brown coin that has either been cleaned/retoned or attained some corrosion that has caused some color change, most notably on the reverse. Sharp details, with only a small rub.
1906 Cent ANACS MS63RB--$40
A very attractive piece that is definitely more red than brown with excellent lustre. There are no large or distracting marks on the piece, and it is strong for a 63. For well over a year I've refrained from listing this piece, but I'm finally ready to part with this old friend.

1884 Liberty Nickel NGC Proof 64 Cameo--$339
An attractive and accurately graded white piece with nice mirrors and cameo frost. A few ticks and some light flyspecks on the reverse limit the grade. The two most recent NGC PF64 (No cameo) specimens to be auctioned at Heritage each fetched $299, and the only recent PF64CAM sold for $346. A nice chance to get an attractive type coin that is only slightly more expensive with the cameo designation than without.

1949-D Nickel NGC MS66 Toned--$29
A very attractive piece with lots of yellow/orange on the obverse, as well as some purple and hints of green. The reverse has less color, but is still very attractive. Excellent lustre also endows this wonderful gem. The last one to go at Heritage went for $27... so add $2 for some pretty color.

1950-D Quarter NGC MS63 Toned--SOLD
I put pictures of this on the PCGS board and the most commonly guessed grades were MS66 and MS67. Both sides feature attractive yellow and purple toning with wonderful lustre. There are some small ticks in the small fields that seem to account for the grade, but the coin in no way looks like an MS63 unless it's under a strong glass (if even then). This is a case where the submitter must have truly been baffled with the grade.

1887 Morgan NGC MS63 100% Toned Obverse--SOLD
A very neat coin. 80% of the obverse is charcoal black before going through the entire color spectrum. The reverse is original and golden-toned, but I'm unsure of the toning source.
