Ebay and Paypal log in problems!!!! Anyone else?

I cannot get access to MY EBAY! It is saying this page is not available. I cannot get access to Paypal at all!! Says not available! I am able access every other site conceivable. Is there a problem with those sites right now? IT has been like this the last few hours.
I am very frustrated.
