Aside from the Reggie and Rose and 1 PSA 10, the winner bidder is paying $20 per each PSA 9 common. What gives?

You mean the current hi bidder. The auction is still running.

not sure why, and I did not look close but maybe a few tuff cards are listed within?

That set is a tuffy to compile in mint 9 and better.

Not exactly. There 5 HOF'ers in the lot, Rose, McCovey, Jackson, Killebrew, and F. Robinson. Those 5 alone in PSA 9, will set you back about $1,200.00. You also get the Keith Hernandez RC (#623) as well as a Robinson/Clemente MVP (#204), which amounts to another $200.00. After you deduct that $1,400.00, you're looking at about $14.00/ea. for the remaining 145 commons and minor stars.

BTW, there's also a N. Ryan/S. Carleton Strikeout Leaders card which will set you back another $115.00 or so.

I hear you guys about the low pop commons and a few other HofFers, but still seems pricey and I think you could do better buying each of these cards and the commons individually. I noticed the bidding is being done by relatively new IDs - so, one never knows......I am glad though and think I may post a similar lot of you can command this much for 75s....

Buying 152 singles at four bucks each for shipping = $ 608.00

So you save 500 bucks right off the top ....

If you've got roughly 25% of the '75 Topps set in PSA 9 with several HOF'ers and key cards that you want to sell then I say "Go for it." I wouldn't be surpirsed if this lot reaches $4,000.00 at the end. They would still be paying less then SMR for the entire lot at that price.

I have 40 Commons in PSA 9 plus
Gossage in PSA 10
Plus Carter and Munson in 9s
And, Aaron (660) and Yount in 9OC and:

With only $20 charge for postage, I bet this lot could get close to $1,000.

Thoughts?

I would say that's a pretty good estimate. Have you checked the recent Pop reports on the commons?
