    Without a doubt, Post - Post - Post Mint Damage....

    See all the bumps and bruises on the coins edge....not an error coin

    I'd go with post mint damage. One item that "sticks Out" is where it goes outside what would be the normal coin diameter. This would not happen in a collar with a ragged clip.
