Mr. Hall,
Has PCGS given thought to offering series specific grading courses on video. In addition to covering general grading techniques the course could explain for example why one particular coin would grade 65 and another 66 etc. It could show altered surface, AT and similar body bag coins. Wouldn't such a product be a better instruction tool than the printed grading book?
