Can someone explain weighting?

Hi all,
I am wondering how the weighting works on the PCGS set rating. The diviser is 56. So how is that used to determining the overall grade of the set. I need just 4 coins to complete my Morgan year set (all the hard ones). My set rating is 40.54 and my grade points are 64.86. I'd like to complete the entire set with an overall rating of 65. So I am trying to figure out what I need to upgrade and replace to get to an overall set rating of 65 (using excel).
Thanks!

Now just multiply your grade by the weight. Easier in Excel. Then Sum up the total and divide by the weights. If you use excel you can now play with the numbers and try to get your set to = 65.
