The date looks more like a 1720 to me, which has a higher book value. If it makes VF, over $100.

Tweaking the levels slightly and enlarging it just a tad (can't do much with low resolution) leads me to believe the date may be 1729.

It's probably just a funky serrif on the bottom of the 1 that's making it look like a 2. The 9 looks more like a 9 in coinpics enlargement, thanks!
