unusual FDC?

Hi everyone, I'm new to the gruop but very glad to be aboard. About 10 years ago I purchased an interesting item that just caught my eye for some reason. It was the 1976 interphil stamp with a first day cancellation affixed onto a mint 2 dollar bill. Its a nice item but I've never seen anything quite like it. How would you gauge a value on an item like this? any ideas?
