This item is from 1928 on card stock, secured in a 4 by 6 "Tamperproof-Grading Holder". Isn't that just a four screw holder shown???

I've seen some high volume coin/card guys who sell crap with these and others like it.

I don't know what it is? A cutout from a periodical? Putnam#10?

These guys always seem to have a lot of Homogenized Bread issues also.
