I got this last week... but sorry, it's a keeper!

    1 09758118 1963 1C USA MS67RD

Know what, the 1967 making ms67 forbodes quite good news for the 1961 I sent in on another submission. The 1961 was every bit as nice...

The 4 67's that you sent in. How large of a lot did they come from.

Only 4 rolls, but they were super nice rolls (3 from one guy on ebay, and 1 from my friend Glenn, not sure yet which coin it was that made the ms67). I had probably looked through 50-100 lousy rolls of 1967 before finding these 4.

I was thinking that too! I don't know what is up though with the zinc cents 82-98 I sent in. I was expecting half to be ms67 and half to be ms68. On my last two bulk orders, the one prior to 1982 had 19 ms67's, and the one of zinc cents had nearly 100 82p+d,83-d,85's grading ms67 and zero ms68's.

    Tough luck on those Ikes.

Stick with your hunches, you are probably right.

They are a littel stricter on those two dates as thye are the easiest to find nice. You can't compare the "D" mints to the early "P" mints. You will always think a 65 "D" mint is a 66 "P" mint.
