That's a nice card, but there is no way on earth that I get a 10 on that. The centering is a little off left to right and top to bottom. A 9, maybe!

  • THAT IS THE FIRST " FLY " CARD I HAVE EVER SEEN! TOO FUNNY TO BID ON!
My focus, 1970 Topps Baseball Raw and Graded, pre 1989 PSA Hockey and 1933 INDIAN GUM ! Yikes!!
  • I submit a card centered like that, automatic NM 7.

    Zipper down is pretty cool!

I think it falls within guidelines for a 10. Besides, I think the grader may have been a little distracted by the picture. Either that or they were being very liberal with the discretionary "eye appeal" rule. image

From the scan, the L/R centering does not seem worthy of a 10 grade. I know it can be 60/40, but when you look at a PSA 10 (especially from the 60's), nothing should jump out at you like that.

  • Looks like he's getting ready to catch a "fly" ball.

    Or maybe 2 fly balls?
