This is my 500th post.
Its all mine.
Mine all mine I say.
You can hijack the thread.
You can read it in bed.
You can pretend that its dead.
You can call it Fred.
You can paint it red.
That's all I said!

Congrats Southerncards! You've got one hellava tough skin.
Also, it's always nice to hear voices from 'the other side'.
"How about a little fire Scarecrow ?"
ps - if you are hearing voices from the "other side", you might want to contact a priest about an exorcism.....
And from the posts I remember it was truthful criticism which is okay in my book. Sometimes I do think the criticism of PSA gets a bit overblown here though...perhaps because I have dealt with a number of large companies over the years and have an understanding of how "impersonal" big corporations can be at times. In my opinion it's just the nature of big corporations, and not much can be done about it other than working within their system or not buying from them.
Would I like to see certain improvements at PSA? Of course...every company can be improved. But I still think PSA offers an excellent value in the marketplace.
It's silly really.
PSA has graded over 9 million cards.
People pick out a card or two out of the 9 million and complain about the grade.
Same with customer service.
I've submitted thousands of cards and have never had any reason to ever contact customer service.
Sorry, I wish I could feel your pain, but I can't ...
