Ebay bidding help requested...seller only ships to UK

Is there anyone who could act as my 'agent' to place a bid and reship a medal to me? It's something that has a cool look to it, I have no idea of it's value, and the picture is less than stellar--so of course I want to bid on it! The seller has a 99% feedback and takes paypal.
